Breastfeeding with Insufficient Glandular Tissue

    What about women with very large breast. My daughter successful in breastfeeding but when it comes to pumping she might get 3-4 she uses the largest phalange they make. She does a pre n post weight so he is getting 6-8 oz. is there some secret to pumping for large breasted women. I’m an old LC when you hand expressed…..but she can’t even hand express. She is a nurse as well & was very successful pumping with the first child. Do you have any suggestions?
